Supporting Management and Residents in Rental Housing
TAP provides hands-on tools to address issues in your affordable rental housing including alcohol and other substance use disorders, mental health issues, domestic violence, hoarding, aging-in-place, challenges faced by families, and the difficulties of people living with disabilities. Staff and residents of TAP member sites benefit from TAP's many offerings including free trainings, access to dispute resolution services and on-site and virtual programs for residents.
